• Business Registration & Company Secretaries

1) Preparing and standing up a business idea or a company/organisation or individual vision to be a registered, legal, and legitimately operating entity.
2) Assisting the business, company, organisation or individual to set up proper foundations for starting business operations the right way.
3) Arranging statutory meetings and sending notices of such meetings to all directors and/or shareholders, as well as preparing all board and special resolutions to be passed.
4) Taking minutes at all statutory meetings and preparing & dispatching copies of the meeting minutes to all directors and/or shareholders.
5) Facilitating the business/company/organisation's registration with GIPA to obtain immigrant quotas for the client's expatriate staff.

• Business Advisors & Management Consultants

1) Offering timely advice and proper guidance to all clients on critical issues of strict compliance with statutory obligations and good corporate governance, to safeguard the legal, ethical, social, and business integrity of the business, company, organisation or individual.

2) Coordinating business and official dealings with legal advisors, external auditors, bankers, financial analysts, business partners and Sector Ministries, Departments and Agencies (MDA's). .

• Business Compliance with Governmental Laws, Rules & Regulations

1) Preparation and prompt submission of monthly PAYE, VAT, SSNIT, GIPA and GIS returns
2) Applying for the relevant tax exemptions from the revenue agencies (VAT, GRA, SSNIT, CEPS, etc.) in respect to any tax obligations.
3) Obtaining and renewing the appropriate operational licences, permits and certificates for and on behalf of the business, company, organisation or individual.
4) Keeping and making copies of statutory books and documents available to the relevant regulatory institutions, on demand and as required by law.
5) Preparing and submitting applications for residence and work permits for and on behalf of the client's expatriate staff.

Preparing and submitting passport and visa applications, booking hotel and airline reservations for directors, shareholders, and business partners.

g) Preparation and submission of share transfer agreements for stamping at Lands Commission and filing at the Registrar-General's Department.
